Vintner's select 2007 Pinot Grigio...most PG's are this vapid and without structure...I picked late in the year then blended about 4 to 7 % of a proprietary grape this gave the wine a tropical clean citrus nose and the mouthfeel is wonderful, pale gold color...the alc on this is 12.9% with it being easy drinking be careful...RS 1% $ 18.95
our un oaked...that un oaked...Vintner's select Chardonnay 2005 see no oak and since one of it's parent is the same for Riesling with a nice slow cold ferment you get , pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, and it's all about the tropics ...crisp fruit...RS 1% & 18.95

Barrel Reserves Allier Oak now costing for great quality barrels over $1,400 per barrel...the vanilla almond tannins allow these wines to operate on a multi-dimensional level and can age for up to 15 years...
2003 Merlot...OMG this is a great wine, not much left...the nose has a flutter of coffee and then you get the blackberry, cherry bursting forward followed by the long hand time finished with the vanilla almond oak profile...$ 22.95
2003 Can Franc...very much on the nose blackberry...the mouthfeel is very complex...probably the most complex wine we have, nose of cherry/blackberry, violet, complex spices, soft pepper ... finished with the vanilla almond oak profile...$ 22.95
2004 Cab Sauvignon ... ripe cherries with plums a bit of chocolate on the nose followed by a similar mouth feel ...this wine is very good, better than out 2003 that we sold out of...$22.95
BOLD MERLOT 2003 was in barrel for 2 1/4 years as the others spent 18 months is french oak this is a very special wine the alc is high 13.45% she is bold on the first sip than on the next the mid-palate starts to come alive on the third sip you fall in love with the blooming cherry, blackberry, bright fruits, dark chocolate, twinkle of licorice, the longest finish or hang-time a wine could have...she gets very mellow with each sip be careful it's easy going down...
qualifies in Europe as a Grand Reserve...$27.00

The 2003 Cab Franc Don Giovanni has closed down...please don't pop the cork unless you like earth and root...the mid palate is weak as is the fruit at this time...est time to wake up is Spring....I Hope...

Cabernet Franc 2003 DG
I have this special Cab Franc 2003 that I looked after from day one bud-break...so in Allier oak in barrel 18 months... I would have a barrel tasting's and get lost in a over two min's of vanillin extacy ...now 4 years latter what a special wine...drink now or hold it's back from being closed down....drink now as we march toward 2020 +
